Remembrance Sunday in Whitkirk

St Mary's in Whitkirk have released details of this year's Remembrance Sunday Services and parade. Click here for more details.
Local commemorations on Sunday, November 11, will involve a procession along Selby Road from St Mary's around 10.30am in time for the Act of Remembrance at the War Memorial on Selby Road at 11am.

The police will attend to traffic, but there is usually some disruption to traffic around the Service at the War Memorial.

The planned arrangements are:

8am: Said Eucharist.

9.30am: Sung Eucharist and Parade.

11am: Act of Remembrance at War Memorial, Selby Road.
