Christine Quinn: Cross Gates mum takes on charity parachute jump

A Cross Gates mother-of-two is to realise a lifetime ambition when she jumps out of a plane for charity.
Christine Quinn is to take the plunge in aid of Martin House children's hospice at Clifford, near Wetherby, and Staffordshire Bull Terrier Welfare and Rescue.

Christine, who will leap into the unknown on August 24, said she is excited, rather than scared, about her feat.

She added: "It is something I have always wanted to do, so I decided it was now or never."
