1st Cross Gates Brownies and Guides and 3rd Cross Gates Rainbows have launched a recruitment drive.
1st Cross Gates Brownies and Guides and 3rd Cross Gates Rainbows are having a recruitment event in the Cross Gates Shopping Centre on Saturday, April 19. (9am-4pm)
The aim of the event is to try and get more girls interested in Rainbows, Brownies and Guides and to see if any adults would like to become involved.

The Brownies said: "It feels nice to be part of a group of girls who help each other and are friendly. It makes me feel special. I'd hate there to be boys at Brownies!"
The Guides said: "I know how to put up a tent, I've learned to work together with others, to be respectful, and about all kinds of issues, like Fair Trade. Guides is fun for everyone and you make friends really easily."
The Leaders said: "It's been fantastic sharing all the experiences and laughs with some close personal friends."
If you would like to come along they are there from 9am until 4pm with activities including campfires and activities going on throughtout the day
