Crossgates Shopping Centre in 2007
Forty years on, the Arndale Centre – now renamed as the Crossgates Shopping Centre – is still playing an integral role at the centre of the local community.
It has almost become a community in itself, now fully let, with quality retailers continuing to serve their customers to the best of their ability.
Still safe from traffic, with heated, covered malls, modern department stores, supermarkets, speciality shops and restaurants, it remains an ideal, convenient place to shop.
Arndale Property Developments' pioneering project has proved to be a huge success.
