Ashleigh Metcalfe, mitigating, said Neesham pleaded guilty to the offence at an early stage.
Sentencing Neesham, the judge said: "Drug dealing of any sort is a serious matter, but when you are on a community order it becomes much more serious.
"You must have had some idea of the scale of the operation.
"I note that you were in a room with someone who was much younger than you - only 14 years of age - clearly that is an aggravating factor.
"When someone is dealing drugs again, having been given a chance, the only sentence that can be imposed is an immediate custodial sentence."
