Tributes paid to dad-of-two Leeds cyclist after death following crash on Harewood Avenue

Tributes have been paid to a Leeds cyclist after he died following a crash in May.

Adrian Hornby, 57, sustained serious head injuries in the Leeds crash and was taken to hospital.

Adrian died on June 7, police said.

The incident happened on May 27 on Harewood Avenue at its junction with Moor Lane at 08.20am and involved a cyclist and a Volswagen Golf, police said.
