Date: Sunday, January 6

Colton hosted Garforth Rangers on the first Sunday game of 2008 and took all the points after an emphatic 13-1 victory.

The twin strike force of James Hazelgrave & James Green bagging five goals a piece with Sam Bateman, Ryan White and Ryan Brogdan all adding to the goals from across the park.

Team changes were made as Sam Rudd played in goal as the regular goalie Adam Hamblet was on holiday along with his dad 'Rob the Cat' in sunny Gran Canaria.

Normality, along with a more comprehensive match report, from the roving reporter and current manager of the U15's Paul Green, will return in the next few weeks.

Next weekend Colton travel to Seacroft WMC Colts.

Squad: Adam Hamblett, Sam Bateman, Sam Rudd, Dalton Fotherby, Lewis Tyas, Josh Gould, Ryan White, George Walker, Ben Craven, James Green, James Hazelgrave, Ronan Whittle, Harrison Brazier, Matthew Young & Sam Parker.
