There was also a comfortable win for Phoenix in the Third Division as they beat struggling Durkar Devils 5-0.
Premier leaders Tingley Athletic moved through to the League Cup semi-finals, as Lucy Richardson’s hat-trick, along with goals from Lauren Colton, Emily Crispin and Rosie Frosdick, sealed a 7-0 victory over third-division promotion contenders Tyersal. Debbie Tomlinson-Dangerfield’s strike was not enough to prevent Premier Division Brighouse Athletic from crashing out of the League cup with a 4-1 defeat to Farsley Celtic Reserves of Division One.

Hide AdThere was also a shock in the League Shield, as unbeaten second division leaders Lower Hopton, who scored through Millie Germaney, were dismissed 4-1 by Division Three leaders Thackley.
However, Premier Division sides Leeds Medics and Dentists and Wetherby Athletic made their superior league status clear, as Leeds battered second-division Skipton Town 7-0, while Wetherby won 6-2 at Clifton Rangers, of Division One, who scored through Jodie Berry and Danielle Dawson.
